Lieutenant Colonel Emma Williams is the Senior Army and ADF Physiotherapy Officer, posted to the Force Health Protection Directorate in Joint Health Command. She is currently a/AD Health Surveillance, leveraging post-grad qualifications in Applied Clinical Epidemiology and Public Health. John Pickett is an Infantry soldier with over 35 years experience. As A Warrant Officer Class One (WO1) he has been privileged to have held the appointments as Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) of the Forty First Battalion The Royal New South Wales Regiment, Second Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment, a Career Advisor within the Directorate of Soldier Career Management – Army, RSM of the Combat Training Centre and RSM of the 13th Brigade. He is currently posted to the Centre for Australian Army Leadership.
