Major Lincoln Sudholz is a workforce modeller in the Australian Army. He has served in various law enforcement and policing roles domestically and on operations. He has studied Manpower Systems Analysis in the US and has a keen interest in the mechanisms of decisions making and behavioural economics.

Tim Coleman is a Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps Officer. He has completed multiple postings in combat service support roles, including to Headquarters 3rd Brigade as the current and future operations logistics officer. Additionally, he has deployed to Afghanistan and been a lead logistics planner for multiple ADF operations and international exercises.  He is currently posted as an instructor at the Army School of Logistics Operations. 

CAPT Jody Nicoll commenced her military career in July 2012 and was initially posted as an instructor to RED-SQ in Brisbane. She has undertaken roles as an instructional designer and production support officer  for Learning Technologies and was responsible for the design and production of digital learning products in support of the Army Learning Environment. She is currently the SO3 PME. CAPT Nicoll has a Bachelor of Teaching and recently completed a Master of Business through UNSW.

Warrant Officer Class One Nathan Cole has held a number of operational, training, and representative roles, including as Regimental Sergeant Major of 4th Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery. In 2021, Warrant Officer Cole was selected to attend to the United States Sergeant Major Academy, initially as a student and now presently as an instructor with the Department of Force Management.
