As part of the Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Seminar that was held on the 17th April, Colonel Steven D'Arcy, Commander -Task Group Taji V, talks about the lessons learnt training Iraqi National Forces during the second half of 2017.
His presentation includes a discussion of the key themes, tasks, challenges and risks encountered by our forces in Iraq and a BPC model that incorporates both strategic and tactical effects.
