LTCOL Anthony Chambers is the current Commanding Officer of the 3rd Health Support Battalion. He has been an active member of the Australian Army Reserve since 1995, with previous postings to the 1st Commando Regt and 1st Health Support Battalion.
He has deployed on various overseas operations to Timor Leste, Bougainville, Banda Aceh, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Ukraine.
Lieutenant Colonel Templeman joined the Australian Army in 1999 and undertook a degree from the Australian Defence Force Academy in Science. Lieutenant Colonel Templeman entered the Royal Military College – Duntroon in 2002 and graduated to the Royal Australian Corps of Military Police. Following this, he conducted regimental training in the 2nd Battalion, the Royal Australian Regiment and subsequently held multiple appointments in 1 MP Bn before assuming the role as its Commanding Officer in 2019.
Dan graduated RMC-D in 2006 as an Air Force Ground Defence Officer. His junior officer appointments were as a rifle flight commander, operations officer and combat survival instructor. He was promoted to Squadron Leader in 2018 and posted to sub-unit command. He has deployed on OP CATALYST, SLIPPER and OKRA and is currently serving in South Western Syria on OP PALADIN.
MAJGEN Jake Ellwood currently serves as the Commander of 1st Division/Deployable Joint Force Headquarters. Throughout his career, MAJGEN Ellwood has served in a wide range of command, staff and operational appointments, most recently as Commander Op BUSHFIRE ASSIST 19-20 and as Commander Joint Task Force 637 responsible for the ADF’s contribution to Enhanced Regional Engagement in the South West Pacific.
CAPT McLaren is an Infantry Officer currently posted to LCC. He has had regimental posting to 1 RAR, 7 RAR and School of Infantry. His specialisation within Infantry is DFSW/ Anti-Armour and have had experience in HQ staff role within a BN, experience with amphibious operations through the joint sea series exercises and has deployed on operations.
