John is a Lieutenant Colonel in the part-time ADF.  He is currently part of the Directing Staff at the Australian War College supporting the ACSC(R).  He is also employed as an executive in Hobart by energy utility TasNetworks where he currently works as the Leader Performance.  This role includes functional responsibilities for the enterprise’s innovation strategy and framework, Digital Strategy, business and continuous improvement, transformation, change and portfolio governance.

David Guthrie is an infantry officer with 25 years’ experience. David has been employed in a range of domestic and deployed environments, training, operations and plans staff roles. He is currently the SO2 Professional Military Education Development at Headquarters Forces Command.

Douglas Clark is an infantry officer with the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry currently on exchange with the Land Warfare Centre, Officer’s Training Wing. He has command, staff, and operational experience within the Canadian Armed Forces.
