Hal Wilson is a member of the Military Writers Guild, and uses narrative to explore technology and future conflict. He has written finalist entries for fiction contests with the Atlantic Council’s Art of the Future Project, the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, and has been published by the Small Wars Journal. Hal lives in the United Kingdom.
Scott Samson started his military career as an Infantry soldier for six years prior to trade transferring to become a Physical Training Instructor. At the rank of Sergeant he completed a Bachelor of Administrative Leadership prior to applying for a Commission as a GSO Medical Officer. In 2010, Scott was involved in a motor vehicle accident which left him with a traumatic brain injury which required extensive rehabilitation. Since this incident, he has striven to help others.
Jason enlisted in 1995 and has served in Combat, Combat Support and Combat Service Support Corps. Jason graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon in 2003 and has fulfilled a range of command and staff appointments, including Officer Commanding D Company, 1st Military Police Battalion. Jason has deployed on operations domestically and overseas in East Timor, Bougainville, Afghanistan and Egypt. Jason has also deployed on a range of International Engagement activities in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Germany and the United Kingdom.
