Major Jeremy Barraclough has had a diverse career within Army, and has served both domestically and on deployments internationally. For service with  NATO’s Special Operations Command – Afghanistan he was awarded the United States Army Meritorious Service medal. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Leadership from University of New England and a Master’s in Special Operations from the University of New South Wales.

Wes Bartlett is a Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officer. In 2017 and 18 he was Divisional Officer at the Australian Defence Force Academy, where he actively sought to employ ‘radical candour’ as part of training future ADF leaders.  

Corporal Laming served as a rifleman and French linguist in the 2nd Battalion Royal Australian Regiment. After discharging from full time service in 2013 he commenced study at Deakin University completing a Graduate Diploma in International Relations. He has also worked in the Defence Private sector and is presently an Infantry Section Commander in 5/6 RVR.

Barbie deployed with 1 RAR as Contingent Commander, Mentoring Training Team, Exercise Wontok Warrior 2018.  Since graduating RMC, Barbie Keller has been posted to ALTC, 1 and 3 Bde, 2 Div, HQJOC and most recently HMAS Canberra.  Her current posting is OC Support Company 1 RAR.
