Jason Moriarty will start work with the Centre for Defence Leadership and Ethics team in 2023. After 28 years of service, Jason transitioned to SERCAT 5 in 2022 and now works as a Performance and Organisational Leadership Coach at Aurora Marketing.

Robert Gibson is currently a member of the Cove Team in a part time capacity. He works full time in fast moving consumer goods as a Logistics Manager. He is most passionate about human resources, organisational culture, leadership and change management theory. His writing aims to evoke a response in its readers to stimulate discussion and encourage divergent thinking.

Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Johnson is an infantry officer and has served as a platoon commander, company commander and commanding officer in The Royal Australian Regiment. He has deployed to Timor-Leste and Afghanistan and has held a range of regimental, instructional, staff and representational appointments in the ADF and with coalition partners. 

Dr Ben Butson CSC is an experienced Army officer who is currently the Emergency and Retrieval Physician, Clinical Lead, LifeFlight.

Colonel Nick Wilson is a graduate of ADFA, RMC and ACSC. He has served in a wide variety of appointments; including RMC, DSCM-A, ADC to the Governor-General, battery command and unit operations officer, DOCM-A and the ATG. He was most recently the CO of the School of Artillery. COL Wilson has served operationally on OP WARDEN, TANAGER, SLIPPER and OKRA.
