Paul is a Royal Australian Armoured Corps (RAAC) Warrant Officer currently posted to 2/14 Light Horse Regiment.

CAPT Turner has 5 years’ experience as a pathology Scientific Officer in the Army. Her time has been spent posted to 2nd General Health Battalion then the 3rd Health Battalion as part of the health restructure in 2022. The highlight of her career so far was deploying on OP HIGHROAD in 2020 to the NATO Role 2 hospital and being able to work in a multinational environment.

Lieutenant Amber Duncan is a member of the 3rd Health Battalion. They enlisted back in 2018 under the long-term schooling scheme where they studied a Bachelor of Nursing. Currently they are the clinical lead of the surgical capability that 3HB is working toward building. They have spent much of this year building capability, policy, and research defining the new age of operative care within the field environment.
