The deteriorating geopolitical situation, the changing roles of teams and individuals within those teams, the changing nature of work itself, all serve to challenge Army; Human Performance Optimisation is one part of ensuring that the focus on Army’s teams and leaders is pitched to meet the challenges of the future.
