Army has developed a Human Performance Optimisation strategy that aims to help everyone achieve their potential. The four foundational constructs of Human Performance Optimisation are designing governance frameworks, utilsing expert advisory groups, creating research hubs and developing networks to support leaders at all levels. Over the next decade, the Human Performance Optimisation strategy will be Army’s platform to focus efforts, to build frameworks that allow soldiers to participate in habitual, sustainable programs. These programs will build soldiers that are resilient, self-aware, robust, physically capable, persuasive communicators, culturally sensitive, trusted and integrated team members, to better meet the cognitive, socioemotional and physical challenges of warfighting into the future.
