Colin Leggett joined the Army in 1995 and is currently posted to the Directorate of Engineering - Army as the Warrant Officer RAE Accreditation. Colin Corps enlisted into the RAE as an electrician and has served as a tradesman, Construction Foreman, Works Supervisor and Works Manager on exercises and operations, both domestically and internationally.
LT Barr was appointed to the Australian Army in January 2023 following a short career spent teaching mathematics abroad. After graduating from the Royal Military College – Duntroon, he was allocated to the Royal Australian Corps of Signals and is currently serving with the 1st Combat Signals Regiment. LT Barr holds a double degree in Law and International Studies and has a passion for finding ways to practically apply academic research within the profession of arms.
Dr Mick Reilly is the Director of Learning at the Combat Training Centre and is a Professor of Practice at James Cook University. His interest is in decision-making and improving team performance. He has served in the Army including several operational deployments. His PhD is titled ‘Improving performance in teams: After Action Reviews in Army combat training’.
