Commando Training Centre’s Royal Marines Command Wing delivers training for LCpl to WO1 (RSM) and for Young Officers to CO (Desig). The Wing’s purpose is to enhance RM capability by developing agile decision makers equipped with the right knowledge, skills and attitudes to successfully command, lead and manage in barracks and on commando operations acting at reach and against an overwhelming adversary.

Major Window is the Battery Commander of 53 Battery at the School of Artillery a position he has held since 2018. Prior to assuming Battery Command he served with Defence Force Recruiting, 1 Regt RAA and HQ 7 Bde.

Lieutenant Baldwin is a Royal Australian Corps of Signals Officer, currently posted to the 1^st Combat Signals Regiment. Prior to commissioning, he was an open source intelligence (OSINT) investigator in the United States. He is passionate about personnel development and future capabilities.

Lieutenant Isabella Baldwin is an infantry officer in the Australian Army Reserves at Darwin Squadron,  NORFORCE. She is currently on exchange in the UK as a platoon commander at G Coy, 7 RIFLES.

Scott Winter AM is currently the Commander of the 3rd Brigade. His most recent appointment was as the CJ-5 Chief Future Operations at NATO HQ Resolute Support Mission, Afghanistan, where he was responsible for developing and advising Afghan operational planning. Immediately prior to this deployment he served as the Director Soldier Career Management – Army, where he was privileged to lead a great team focused on developing the soldiers and building the teams to win the next fight.

Edwin Betar is an active reservist with over 10 years in the RAAFAR with 1st Division HQ as part of the Air Liaison Organisation. In civilian life they work as a Senior Systems Engineer on multiple space programs including development work on Lunar projects as part of the NASA’s Artemis program.
