Darren Murch has served in a variety of infantry battalions from Private soldier through to Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM). He has been an Army instructor at all ranks during his career and was the RSM of the School of Infantry. Additionally, he has been posted to the United States Army Sergeants’ Major Academy, served as the RSM of 16th Aviation Brigade, RSM of the 2nd Division and is currently the Command Sergeant Major of Forces Command. Darren has a Bachelor of Organisational Leadership and has commenced a Master of Strategic People Management.

Nick Alexander is a current serving Combat Health Officer, member of the Military Writers Guild and Communications Director at the Profession of Arms blog Grounded Curiosity.

Major General Chris Field, @ChrisFieldAUS, serves as an Australian Army Service Category 3, Reserve Officer, in Headquarters Australian Defence Force. Previously, he served more than 39 years in the Australian Defence Force with leadership responsibilities for strategy, campaigning, and innovation. He served with the Australian Army in East Timor, Malaysia, and Solomon Islands; United States Army in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait; and United Nations in Israel, Lebanon, and Syria.

Jason Moriarty will start work with the Centre for Defence Leadership and Ethics team in 2023. After 28 years of service, Jason transitioned to SERCAT 5 in 2022 and now works as a Performance and Organisational Leadership Coach at Aurora Marketing.
