Edwin Betar is an active reservist with over 10 years in the RAAFAR with 1st Division HQ as part of the Air Liaison Organisation. In civilian life they work as a Senior Systems Engineer on multiple space programs including development work on Lunar projects as part of the NASA’s Artemis program.

Daniel Turner serves as a Regimental Signals Section Commander for 3CER and is an army linguist who can speak, read and write in French, Italian and German. They are interested in international security studies, leadership and counter insurgency. They are currently studying towards a Bachelor in Security Studies.

Captain Dylan Shimeld is an infantry officer serving as an Observer Trainer in Manoeuvre Wing, Combat Training Centre-Live. He has previously served in HQ FORCOMD, UNSWR, SOI and 5 RAR, and has deployed on OPERATIONs ANODE and HIGHROAD.

Captain James Woodcock-Smith is an infantry officer serving as an Observer Trainer in Manoeuvre Wing, Combat Training Centre-Live. He has previously served at 5 RAR and SOI, and has deployed on OPERATION OKRA.

Captain Jacob Malouf is an infantry officer serving as the Training Officer of the 3rd Brigade. He has previously served at CTC,8/9 RAR, SOI and 5 RAR, and has deployed on OPERATION HIGHROAD

The Plan CADUCEUS Team was established under DCA Directive 04/2020 to focus on the RA Sigs-wide remediation and modernisation effort to ensure Army is Ready Now and Future Ready for information domain operations. The Team is sponsored by COMDT DCSTC, and comprises an SO2 embedded in Army People Capability Branch in Canberra, contracted project management support in Melbourne and key staff in HQ DCSTC J7 branch.
