After 7 years working in recruitment for the Victorian State Government, Temma has recently graduated RMC-D and was allocated to RAAMC. Her first posting is to 8 Close Health Company where she is the OPS LT. 

Major Phillip Hermes is an Officer Commanding at the 3rd Combat Engineer Regiment. He has served throughout the Pacific on operations, exercises and engineering activities, and in 2015-16 he was posted to the PNGDF Engineer Battalion as part of the Defence Cooperation Program.

Nitin Biswas is an Instructor at the Army School of Logistic Operations. He has served operationally in Timor Leste and Afghanistan. His postings include various logistic and mechanised infantry units as a vehicle mechanic as well as 1 RTB and 1 INT BN as a HUMINT Operator, where he travelled to the USA to train with FVEY partners. As a CPL he was awarded the Brigadier H.L.C Martins OBE award recognising high standards of trade ability, leadership and community involvement.
