CAPT Matt Luhtasaari is SO3 Future Workforce at Headquarters 11th Brigade and has been acting as Officer Commanding Regional Induction Company – South Queensland. He has over 20 years’ experience in both SERCAT 5 and 7 roles and has completed a Bachelor of Training and Development, a Master of Business Administration and is currently completing Masters in War Studies. In his civilian career, Matt is employed by the Australian Public Service as a Formation Security Advisor for Army.

Oliver Douglas is passionate about using a broad Liberal Arts education to solve the pressing problems of our day. He is a Lieutenant at 3rd/9th Light Horse (South Australian Mounted Rifles), currently parading with Oxford University Officers' Training Corps under the auspices of a Reserve Foreign Forces Service Agreement and studying at Merton College, Oxford as South Australia’s 2024 Rhodes
