This article argues that Army personnel are not sufficiently equipped with the skills and experience necessary to combat the danger of drowning in stressful conditions and contested waters.

This article highlights some of the lessons learned by Battle Group Jacka during Ex Talisman Sabre 19. The author hopes it will improve the generation, insertion and capability of future Reinforcing Battle Groups.
