Major Mathew Penney enlisted in the Army in 1993 as an Apprentice Electronics Technician. He has deployed to East Timor, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Middle East Region and notable postings include; Deputy Director of the Joint NETOPS Control Centre – Afghanistan during an exchange posting with the US Army, the Officer Commanding of 103 Signals Squadron and Operations Officer of the 3rd Combat Signals Regiment. He holds a Masters Degree in Capability Management from UNSW.
Major Nathan Jones is a serving Officer in the Royal Australian Corps of Signals with communications planning and execution experience at the Sub Unit, Unit and Formation level, inclusive of operational deployments to East Timor and Afghanistan. MAJ Jones is currently serving in Army Headquarters as the Desk Officer for Land 200 Battlefield Command Systems and holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Project Management.
Robert Gibson is currently a member of the Cove Team in a part time capacity. He works full time in fast moving consumer goods as a Logistics Manager. He is most passionate about human resources, organisational culture, leadership and change management theory. His writing aims to evoke a response in its readers to stimulate discussion and encourage divergent thinking.
Joseph Moormann joined the Australian Regular Army in 2001 and was allocated to the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps. Upon completion of initial employment training as an Operator Administrative, Captain Moormann posted to various Land/Forces Command units such as Headquarters 1st Division, Land Headquarters, 2/14 Light Horse Regiment (QMI), 1st Signal Regiment, Headquarters Army Logistic Training Centre, 3rd and 6th Battalions of the Royal Australian Regiment and more recently to the Army Personnel Support Centre as the Company Sergeant Major.
